When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 – 5 days of the order being placed. The store is run completely by the band so this can however take longer when we are on Tour. Pre-order items will be dispatched on the stated release date. Please note we cannot part ship pre-order and non-pre-order items.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All packages are sent out via Royal Mail 1st class postage and usually arrive up to 1 week after being dispatched.
My parcel hasn't arrived within the time frame above, what should I do?
Unfortunately, we are not able to help with missing items that have not been sent via a tracked service. In the event your item does not arrive you will need to contact your local postal service. We retain proof of postage for all items if you need our assistance during your dispute.

What is your return policy?
All items (Excluding event tickets and digital downloads) can be returned by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14-Days of being received. All returns are the responsibility of the buyer and made at their expense, except where an item is faulty, incorrectly sent etc. When returning an item please use a tracked service as we will not be able to refund returns that are lost in transit. Refunds will be processed when the items are received by us. Please not we cannot offer refunds for shipping.
